Amazing place with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a restaurant. The staff helped me with local info during my first stay, which I still remember fondly. Highly recommend it for a comfortable experience! I'm coming back for Christmas.

Not worth the price!

We stayed here for New Year's Eve and it was a total letdown. The room was tiny for three adults, barely fit the beds and we kept bumping into them. TV was a mess, and the added parking and breakfast fees were just ridiculous. Staff were kinda rude too. On the bright side, the area was nice and easy to explore.

Super easy to get to right from Paddington. Seriously loved how close it was to Hyde Park and the sites like Buckingham Palace. Staff was ace, even got a cab sorted at 2 AM for our flight! Only thing was the breakfast spot was a bit cramped, but they had yummy options.

Just a decent option for a weekend in London with value for money. The room was clean, and we appreciated the hot shower after a long day. Avoid the lower basement floor if you can, it's really noisy!
